Raquel Noblin, LLC sends optional, non-marketing account-notification texts only to eligible Firme team members who deliberately opt in at their own mobile number inside their own Firme Settings. These texts announce that a new home evaluation lead is available in Firme Today. This program does not text clients, consumers or people who submit the public home evaluation form.

• Messages contain no client name, address or phone number.
• Message frequency varies: one alert for each new home evaluation lead, plus an opt-in confirmation.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply HELP for help, or call or text 251-979-7262. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
• Text consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or of using the non-SMS functions of Firme.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How we share information
