SMS Terms

Program and eligibility

Raquel Noblin, LLC offers optional, non-marketing Firme account notifications to eligible team members who explicitly opt in inside their own account. This program does not text clients, consumers or public home evaluation submitters.

Message content and frequency

Each new home evaluation lead generates a minimal alert to the consented, enabled recipient, independently of email delivery. Messages contain no client name, address or phone number. Message frequency varies with new leads. An opt-in confirmation and STOP/HELP responses may also be sent.

Consent and rates

Provide your own mobile number and deliberately select the unchecked-by-default checkbox in Firme Settings. Entering a number or using the CRM alone is not consent. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services or using Firme’s non-SMS features. Message and data rates may apply; consult your carrier plan.

Opt out and resume

Reply STOP at any time or disable the setting in Firme. You may receive one opt-out confirmation; no further alerts will be sent. To resume after STOP, reply START and complete any required consent confirmation in Firme. Provider/carrier blocks remain effective until properly resolved. A new or reassigned number requires fresh verified consent.

Delivery and responsibility

Carrier delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS is a backup notification, not the sole lead record. Check Firme Today if a text is missing or delayed. Do not submit sensitive client information by text.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Changes

Material changes to message purposes require appropriate review and renewed consent where required. Publishing revised terms does not automatically opt anyone in.
