Firme text alerts
Sender: Raquel Noblin, LLC
Firme is operated by Raquel Noblin, LLC, 29891 Woodrow Ln, Suite 200, Spanish Fort, AL 36527.
Raquel Noblin, LLC offers optional account-notification texts to eligible Firme team members. These are alerts that a new home evaluation lead is available in Firme Today, not marketing messages. This program does not text clients, consumers or people submitting the public home evaluation form.
Who can receive alerts
Only eligible team members who sign in to Firme and explicitly opt in using their own mobile number. Public visitors cannot enroll on this page. Using Firme or providing a phone number does not automatically enroll you.
What messages contain
A typical alert is:
“Raquel Noblin, LLC: New home evaluation lead. Open Firme Today. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Messages contain no client name, address or phone number. Sign in to Firme to view lead details. One alert is planned for each new home evaluation lead, whether or not its email alert succeeds. Messages also include an opt-in confirmation and responses to STOP or HELP.
How to opt in
Eligible recipients sign in to their own Firme Settings, enter their mobile number and choose the separate SMS checkbox. The box starts unchecked. Save only after reviewing this disclosure:

To resume after STOP, reply START and complete any required consent confirmation in Firme. Alerts do not resume while the number remains opted out or blocked.
Rates, frequency and availability
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with the number of new leads. Delivery is not guaranteed; carrier delays or outages may occur. Check Firme Today for lead information even if no text arrives. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of buying services or using the non-SMS functions of Firme.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
